So, I found it really hard to follow along in the last part of the story. Maybe it was because I was really tired, I don't know. Anyways, I didn't really like the ending of the book that much. I wanted them to fly off and live happily ever after in a different place that wasn't so crazy. Instead, the One State somehow got all the people under control again and even D-503 did the operation to lose his imagination. It was like he worked so hard for nothing. He lied and hurt people he cared about for no reason. It seemed like everything was going to work out when the wake-up bell didn't go off and everyone was just doing their thing without the blinds down. I basically just odnt like how it ended and he doesn't really even remember what happened before his operation.
